Direct Tax Lead

ElevenLabs, a rapidly growing AI company, is seeking a full-time, remote Direct Tax Lead to oversee its US income tax operations. The team focuses on innovative AI voice and multimedia platforms, serving millions globally. The role involves managing tax provision, compliance, and controls, working closely with external providers and auditors to ensure accurate reporting and adherence to regulations.

The candidate will handle complex tax calculations, including ASC 740, deferred taxes, and international provisions, while maintaining compliance calendars for federal and state taxes. They will also develop and document controls, support technical memos, and collaborate with Big 4 advisors. The position requires deep expertise in US tax regulations and experience managing external teams.
