The Technical Sourcer position involves proactively identifying and engaging the top 1% of engineering talent, primarily in the Bay Area. The person will build pipelines, run outreach campaigns, and conduct technically deep first calls to assess candidates' engineering skills and project ownership. This role requires evaluating GitHub profiles and other technical indicators to filter and present only the highest quality candidates to hiring managers.
Candidates must have a hands-on engineering background with strong technical fluency to conduct credible technical conversations. Persistence, excellent written communication, and the ability to work closely with hiring managers are essential. The role is based in San Francisco, and while recruiting experience is a plus, the company will provide training in sourcing techniques.
