About the role
Knowtex, an innovative AI research lab dedicated to transforming medical practices, is looking for a Technical Product Manager to lead the development and measurement of their clinical intelligence tools. The role involves guiding the full lifecycle of product features across multiple platforms, including web and mobile, while working in close partnership with engineering teams and company leadership. The person will focus on establishing key performance indicators, creating prototypes with AI design tools, and orchestrating product launches in a dynamic startup setting.
Candidates should have a minimum of three years of experience delivering SaaS solutions, with hands-on involvement in mobile app deployment and API integration. The ability to interpret code and collaborate directly with engineers on technical specifications is crucial. Strong analytical skills, including SQL proficiency and experience with product analytics dashboards, are required. Excellent written communication for documentation, release notes, and stakeholder updates is essential. The position is based in San Francisco with a hybrid work model, requiring occasional visits to client sites for user research and feedback.
This is a full-time, contract role reporting directly to the CTO, requiring legal work authorization in the U.S. The compensation package includes a salary range, equity options, and comprehensive benefits. The ideal candidate will be highly independent, eager to understand clinical processes, and driven by the goal of improving clinician efficiency and patient care. Prior experience in health tech, product marketing, or regulated environments, along with a technical background, will be advantageous.
