The engineering team is seeking a Senior QA Automation & Performance Engineer to oversee quality assurance for backend services, ensuring system reliability as traffic and complexity increase. This role involves designing automation frameworks, conducting performance tests, and collaborating closely with engineering teams to maintain high standards.

The candidate will be responsible for creating scalable testing solutions, automating across multi-tenant platforms, and validating system security and data integrity. They will execute various load and stress tests, analyze performance metrics, and identify bottlenecks, working with engineers to resolve issues. The role demands strong technical ownership, independence, and the ability to improve testing processes across the organization.

This full-time, on-site position in Bengaluru requires at least four years of experience in software quality engineering or test automation. Proficiency in scripting languages like Python, Java, or JavaScript, along with experience testing APIs and distributed systems, is essential.
