About the role

The Senior Product Manager for Dictation will oversee a product used daily by clinicians, ensuring it enhances their efficiency and integrates seamlessly with other Nabla solutions.
This role involves collaborating closely with engineering teams, including ML, backend, and frontend, to translate model capabilities into user-friendly features. The manager will prioritize user feedback, monitor product performance, and support deployment in large health systems, especially in the US. Regular visits to client sites and deep user engagement are key to success.
Candidates should have over five years of product management experience in technical environments, with a strong understanding of ML-driven products. Empathy for clinicians, excellent judgment, and the ability to communicate complex trade-offs are essential. The role is based in Paris, with travel to the US, and fluency in English is required, with French as a plus.
