The company is currently seeking a Recruiting Operations Program Manager to optimize their hiring processes and implement AI-driven solutions. This role involves working closely with leadership and recruiting teams to analyze data, improve workflows, and develop tools that enhance recruiting efficiency and quality.

The successful candidate will manage large-scale projects, ensuring smooth execution from planning to adoption, and will leverage data to inform decisions. They will also be responsible for maintaining recruiting documentation and building AI-powered workflows, particularly with Claude. The role requires experience in recruiting operations, project management, and data analysis, with a preference for familiarity with ATS systems like Ashby.
