The Property Accountant will handle complex accounting scenarios, validate calculations, and translate real-world workflows into technical requirements. The role involves in-person collaboration at the New York City office, requiring deep knowledge of US GAAP, multifamily accounting, and experience with accounting software or SaaS environments.
Candidates should have over five years of experience in multifamily property accounting or controllership, with strong communication skills and familiarity with accounting systems.
