The associate acts as a key multiplier for the CEO by structuring ambiguous problems and delivering impactful results.

Day-to-day responsibilities include leading the development of new product and strategic initiatives from conception to outcome, whether launching new business lines or learning from failures. The role involves managing important customer and partner relationships, innovating AI applications to improve internal workflows, and crafting presentations and prototypes that communicate Sarvam's vision to external stakeholders. The associate works closely with various teams to ensure successful project execution and value delivery.

Candidates should have at least two years of experience, preferably with an engineering degree, and demonstrate high ownership and curiosity about AI technologies. Strong communication skills are essential for engaging both technical and business audiences.
