About the role

The engineering team, composed of former YC founders and engineers, works on innovative AI models and architectures, including Voice AI and multimedia processing, to build tools that assist sales teams in closing deals more efficiently. The full-stack engineer will be responsible for designing, building, and deploying features across the entire technology stack, including frontend, backend, and database components. They will work closely with the team to develop AI-native products, prototype new ideas, and bring them into production, often directly engaging with customers to refine the product. The role emphasizes ownership, experimentation, and continuous learning.
Candidates should have over three years of experience with React, Node.js, and TypeScript, with a proven track record of shipping production features. Fluency in AI-assisted development and a strong understanding of AI-native product design are essential. The position is based in San Francisco, requiring in-office presence five days a week, with a competitive salary and equity options.
