Founding Recruiter

At Prosper AI, a company pioneering conversational AI agents to streamline healthcare administrative tasks, the founding recruiter role is integral to scaling their team amid rapid growth in New York and Barcelona. The company focuses on reducing administrative waste in healthcare, working with major organizations and backed by prominent investors. The recruiter will be part of the People team, collaborating closely with hiring managers and founders to build a strong workforce that supports Prosper's mission.

The recruiter will manage the entire hiring process from initial conversations with hiring managers to closing offers, emphasizing proactive sourcing and building pipelines of passive candidates. Responsibilities include refining hiring processes, maintaining clear communication with candidates, and using data to improve recruitment efficiency. The role requires at least three days per week onsite in Barcelona, working in a hybrid environment and reporting to the Head of People.

Candidates should have over three years of full-cycle recruiting experience, preferably in fast-growing tech startups, with a proven track record of hiring engineers and strong sourcing skills. Fluency in English is essential, and experience in AI, healthcare, or SaaS recruitment is advantageous. Success is measured by trusted partnerships with hiring managers, high candidate satisfaction, and efficient hiring timelines.
