Deployment Specialist (Contract)

The Deployment Specialist role involves traveling to various US hotels to implement Lance's AI solutions, working closely with hotel staff to ensure successful deployment and ongoing success. The team focuses on customer success, operational setup, and relationship building at each property.

The daily tasks include establishing strong relationships with hotel teams, planning and executing the deployment process, and training staff on Lance's systems, which can involve large groups of employees. The specialist will also gather feedback from the field to improve deployment strategies and support long-term success for each hotel.

Candidates should have experience in hospitality, customer success, or operations, with the ability to lead training sessions confidently. They need to be organized, adaptable, and comfortable with technology, with a willingness to travel frequently across the US. Multilingual skills and hospitality experience are considered advantageous, and the role is based on-site with all travel expenses covered.
