AI Agent Engineer

Observe.ai is seeking a client-facing AI Agent Engineer to join their AI Solutions & Deployment team, focusing on deploying enterprise-grade voice and chat AI agents. The role involves working directly with customers to design, configure, and implement AI solutions, including prompt creation, system integrations, and telephony setup. The engineer will manage the entire lifecycle from initial design to deployment and ongoing optimization, ensuring solutions meet client needs.

Candidates should have a background in computer science or engineering with 1-5 years of experience in conversational AI, system integration, or AI application delivery. Skills in API integration, prompt design, and familiarity with large language models and orchestration frameworks are essential. The role requires strong communication skills for customer engagement and troubleshooting, with a preference for experience in telephony systems and integration tools.

This position can be based remotely or on-site in Hyderabad or Bengaluru, India. It is a contract role, emphasizing hands-on delivery of AI solutions rather than developing foundational AI models.
