Website Coordinator

At Speechmatics, a leader in Speech Intelligence leveraging AI and machine learning, the Website Coordinator role is part of the marketing team focused on managing the company’s website presence. The coordinator ensures the site’s content is accurate, visually consistent, and optimized for search engines, supporting the company’s mission to unlock value from human speech globally. The role involves close collaboration with marketing and engineering teams to maintain and evolve the website.

Day-to-day responsibilities include building and publishing web pages using Contentful, editing content to align with the brand’s tone, and monitoring search performance through tools like Google Search Console and Analytics. The coordinator also designs UI concepts for developers and prioritizes tasks across marketing and engineering requests. This role requires strong writing, editing, SEO knowledge, and familiarity with design tools such as Figma, along with basic HTML/CSS understanding.

Candidates should have hands-on experience managing websites in Contentful, a good eye for design, and the ability to communicate technical requirements clearly. The position is based in Belgrade with a hybrid work model combining remote and office days.
