The Trust & Safety Operations Manager will oversee the enforcement team, ensuring content moderation processes are efficient and accurate. This role involves managing queues, vendor performance, and quality programs, working closely with cross-functional teams to maintain platform integrity and safety.
The role requires hands-on management of daily enforcement activities, including SLA adherence, escalation handling, and capacity planning. The manager will also develop training and QA programs to improve decision quality and support reviewer well-being. They will collaborate with engineering to enhance reviewer workflows and tools, ensuring operational excellence.
Candidates should have over five years of experience in Trust & Safety or content moderation, with at least two years managing vendor or reviewer teams. Experience with operational metrics, vendor performance, and quality assurance is essential. The position is based on-site in San Francisco or NYC, offering a comprehensive benefits package and a salary range of $128K to $168K.
