The Platform Engineer role involves owning and improving the infrastructure that supports engineering workflows, including continuous integration and deployment pipelines, testing environments, and local development setups. The engineer will work to reduce friction in coding processes, enhance feedback speed and reliability, and optimize tools that assist automated coding agents. Collaboration with engineers to understand their needs and delivering dependable solutions is a key part of the daily work.
Ideal candidates have experience building and maintaining developer tooling and CI/CD systems in fast-growing environments, with skills in debugging across code and infrastructure. Familiarity with agentic coding tools and a proactive approach to problem-solving from identification through deployment are important. While prior voice or machine learning experience is not required, the role is onsite in San Francisco and offers visa sponsorship support for various categories.
